Children of the Forest is a survival video game developed by Endnight Games and published by Newnight. It is the sequel to the 2014 game The Forest. Children of the Forest was initially released in Early Access on February 23, 2023 for Microsoft Windows via Steam, with the full version released on February 22, 2024.

In Children of the Forest, players are tasked with finding a missing billionaire on a remote island, only to find themselves trapped in a nightmare world infested with cannibals. This is a terrifying open-world survival horror simulator where players must craft, build, and fight for survival alone or with friends.
